When you're tired of just surviving, therapy can help you start truly living.

PERMISSION TO PAUSE. SPACE TO HEAL.

Individual Counseling for Adults Navigating Anxiety, Depression, and Life Overload

Virtually Serving Virginia, Ohio, & Kentucky

You’ve been holding it all together,

but it’s exhausting.

Maybe your mind keeps spinning—replaying old conversations, imagining worst-case scenarios, or tallying the tasks you haven’t finished.

Maybe you’ve been in survival mode for so long that slowing down feels unsafe.

Or maybe you just feel... numb. Like you’re moving through your days on autopilot, disconnected from the people and moments that used to light you up.

You might be here because…

  • You’re constantly on alert in your relationships—afraid of being too much, not enough, or abandoned altogether

  • The weight of current events has left you feeling hopeless or on edge

  • You’re burnt out from navigating systemic pressures

  • You feel stretched thin from putting everyone else’s needs before your own

  • You’re drowning in responsibilities with no room to rest or decompress

  • You’re so overwhelmed that even small tasks feel impossible

  • Decision-making feels paralyzing, and you’re terrified of getting it wrong

  • The “Sunday scaries” are now just... every day

Whether you’re tangled up in spirals of what-ifs or your depression feels like a heavy fog you can’t shake, therapy gives you a place to exhale and a path toward feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease.

What Healing Can Look Like

In our work together, you’ll learn how to recognize what your nervous system is trying to tell you—and how to respond with care instead of self-judgment.

We’ll explore your internal experience with curiosity and compassion, at a pace that feels safe for you. That might mean unpacking childhood wounds, naming the impact of systems that were never built for your thriving, or practicing everyday choices that honor your limits—like rest, boundaries, or self-compassion.

In therapy, you can:

  • Reconnect with your inner voice and values

  • Unlearn internalized shame or perfectionism

  • Navigate identity shifts and relational changes

  • Build practical skills to regulate emotions and manage overwhelm

  • Practice more sustainable ways of coping, relating, and showing up for yourself

  • Create a life that holds space for your sensitivity, intensity, and truth

You deserve support that sees the whole you.

I work with neurodivergent adults (including ADHDers and HSPs), members of the queer community, and people who are deconstructing the roles, norms, and coping strategies they had to adopt to survive. Many of my clients are also exploring non-monogamy, healing from the impact of caregiver abuse and neglect, recovering from religious trauma, and navigating major life transitions.

No matter what brought you here, this is a space where your lived experience won’t be pathologized—and where healing doesn’t require you to become someone else.

Helping you bloom into wholehearted living—free from the weeds of overwhelm and doubt.
