Thrive In Your Partnerships While Staying Rooted In Authenticity
Therapy for Individuals & Relationships in Non-Monogamous, ENM, Polyamorous, Open & Lifestyle Communities
Virtually Serving Virginia, Ohio, & Kentucky
Life feels like a constant balancing act.
JUGGLING RELATIONSHIPS, WORK, AND PERSONAL WELL-BEING HAS LEFT YOU OVERWHELMED AND ON EDGE.
You’ve worked hard to build your life around honesty, care, and communication — but lately, everything feels heavier.
Maybe you’re trying to manage multiple partnerships with care and intention, but insecurities or conflicting needs keep rising. Or maybe it’s your partner’s connections with others that stir something up in you.
No matter how hard you try, the emotional weight is growing. When you look around, you notice a growing sense of disconnection, not just from the people you love, but from life itself. Communication breaks down as you feel tired, tense, and unseen. Your body feels drained. And despite your best efforts, it’s starting to feel like too much.
It’s not easy navigating non-monogamy in a mono-normative society.
You’re exhausted — mentally, physically, emotionally. It’s hard to focus, hard to rest, and harder still to feel joy. Panic creeps in, or a sense of dread that never quite lifts. Sleep is broken, energy is low, and even small tasks feel enormous. Some days you can’t eat, others you can’t stop. The weight of carrying it all is taking its toll on you.
Navigating non-monogamy is complex on its own
— and even more challenging in a world built around mono- and heteronormativity. There aren’t many visible role models. Friends may not understand. Even therapy, which should feel safe, can feel risky if the therapist doesn't “get it.”
That’s why this space exists. I work specifically with clients in ethically non-monogamous, ENM, polyamorous, open, and lifestyle relationships— including those who identify as monogamous but are partnered with someone who isn’t.
You are worthy of a space where your identity, relationships, and experiences are honored from the start.
You shouldn’t have to teach your therapist about your lifestyle — or defend it.

What If It Didn’t Have to Feel This Hard?
You’ve been doing your best in a world that doesn’t always make room for who you are — but now, the part of you that’s stayed strong for too long needs tending.
In therapy, we’ll uncover new ways for you to:
Reconnect with your values and your sense of self
Communicate more clearly with your partners
Navigate jealousy, insecurity, and attachment struggles
Manage anxiety, burnout, and emotional exhaustion
Feel more energized, grounded, and connected
Show up more fully in your relationships, without losing yourself
Our work together will help equip you with tools that support both your relationships and your personal well-being — without asking you to choose between the two.

You Deserve Support That Understands the Full Picture
You don’t have to have it all figured out to come to therapy. This is a space where you can slow down, explore, feel, and reflect, even if things feel messy.
Together, we’ll uncover what’s contributing to your stress and disconnection. We’ll work at your pace, guided by your goals.

Whether you're looking for individual therapy, relationship work, or both, you'll be met with warmth, understanding, and practical strategies to help you grow into the most aligned version of yourself.
Because life isn’t one-size-fits-all — and therapy shouldn’t be either.

That’s okay — therapy isn’t about pushing you into any specific relationship style. My role is to help you understand what works best for you, whether that’s monogamy, non-monogamy, or something in between. We’ll explore your boundaries, values, and desires so you can make informed, empowered choices.
