AFFIRMING THERAPY FOR NON-MONOGAMOUS & LGBT+ ADULTS IN VIRGINIA

Helping Virginians thrive by finding calm in the midst of the hustle.

ONLINE COUNSELING IN VIRGINIA FOR INDIVIDUALS AND RELATIONSHIPS

Licensed to Practice Across Virginia

As a licensed therapist in Virginia, I can work with clients anywhere in the state. Because sessions are online, you don’t have to worry about traffic, travel time, or whether there are affirming providers nearby. Instead, you can connect to therapy from the comfort of your own space.

Accessible Throughout the Commonwealth

I work with clients throughout Virginia, including:

  • Virginia Beach

  • Chesapeake

  • Arlington

  • Richmond

  • Norfolk

  • Newport News

  • Alexandria

  • Hampton

  • Suffolk

  • Portsmouth

I also support many people living in Virginia’s smaller towns and rural areas, where affirming providers can be harder to find. As long as you’re located within the state, we can meet virtually.

Services Offered for Residents of Virginia

I provide online therapy for adults across Virginia, supporting clients through life transitions, anxiety, depression, and grief (including pet loss). My practice centers on helping individuals in non-monogamous and LGBTQ+ communities navigate change, deepen self-understanding, and build meaningful connections.

I also offer relationship therapy—including couples counseling—for partners in both traditional and non-traditional relationships. Together, we can work on strengthening communication, resolving conflict, and creating growth in your relationship.

Why Online Therapy Works

Virtual therapy offers flexibility and accessibility. You can join from home, your office, or any private space that feels right for you. Many clients find they’re more relaxed and open in online sessions than they might be in a traditional therapy office.

Therapy for Virginians, by a Virginian

Virginia holds a unique blend of experiences: the high energy of the metropolitan areas and the steady, grounded pace of rural communities. As a resident of Northern Virginia and having spent meaningful time in other parts of the commonwealth, I understand both sides of Virginia life. That awareness helps me support you with therapy that fits your world—whether you’re navigating the hustle of city living or the challenges of smaller-town life.
